Ukrainian PE & VC Summit 2025: Meet the Defence Industry Panel

The first panel’s reveal of the 2nd Ukrainian PE & VC Summit goes to the defence sector. In this discussion, we will dive into innovations in security and dual-use sectors, Ukraine’s experience, conclusions, prospects, cross-border cooperation and joint initiatives. We are happy to present the following speakers.


Venture studio connects ambitious tech teams with defence and security customers across NATO countries and NATO allies. It focuses on dual-use technologies that can transform both the military and civilian sectors, helping teams validate their solutions and scale internationally.

Also, a CEO of Founders League, an investment and multifamily office, dedicated to identifying, funding, and nurturing projects globally across various stages and sectors.


MITS is the first full-service defence technology accelerator in Ukraine. He is also a Senior Fellow at The Potomac Foundation. This Washington D.C.-based strategic think-tank has been helping the countries of Eastern Europe and the post-Soviet states to integrate with the West and adapt to NATO standards.

Also, the CEO and Founder of the 3D bioprinting company A.D.A.M., which treats wounded Ukrainians.


A specialised private venture capital fund investing in European early stage deep tech companies in AI, security, dual use and defence. Before establishing the Expeditions, Stanisław was the M&A lawyer in one of the biggest Polish law firms.


Angel One invests in Ukrainian startup founders at the late pre-seed and early seed stages, and Ukrainian defence technologies.

Also, CEO of CfE Accelerator, which focuses on boosting entrepreneurial growth with its Stanford Ignite Ukraine program for SME founders and on educating young people at IdeasLab, a student acceleration program.


A venture capital firm based in both the US and Ukraine, focusing on early-stage, innovative Ukrainian technology startups.



Under the appointment of the Ministry of National Defence, MS TFI is involved in establishing the Polish Defence Fund—a key initiative aimed at supporting the development of Poland’s defence sector and strengthening national capabilities in this area.
