Participants of the UDT visited the famous Ukrainian startup Grammarly, the innovative company MacPaw and the film company Film.UA. In addition to this, guests attended a prayer breakfast, which is popular in the Western countries, which is attended by the famous political and public figures of Ukraine.

For the fourth year in a row Ukraine Discovery Tour gives us an understanding that Ukraine really has great potential, which the foreigners are usually unable to explore independently or miss it during official or work visits. That is why we focus on creating quality networking, spreading interesting content and giving Ukrainians the opportunity to expand their horizons. And our first results are already starting to speak for themselves

Andrey Kolodyuk noted that the volume of investments into Ukrainian startups over the previous year has tripled. The idea of UDT is to open Ukraine to the progressive community of Global Shapers and Young Global Leaders from all corners of our planet. The Tour is aimed not only at providing a brief overview of Ukraine, but also at creating a clear picture of the dynamic and multicultural state of Eastern Europe. Currently, the only city to host UDT is Kyiv, but next year the project will be also implemented in Lviv and Odesa.

Ukraine Discovery Tour is not on the official program of the World Economic Forum. This is a private nonprofit initiative of Global Shapers Kyiv Hub and Young Global Leaders, supported by UVCA.
